These are the ten beliefs that guide us in our partnerships and in our lives.

01.Above all things, we value and seek the truth.

We challenge each other to understand what is true about ourselves, our teams, and our performance. Leaving judgment behind and setting aside blame or fault, we search for what is true. Getting to our collective and individual truth is a form of compassion when rooted in a commitment to improvement and evolution.

02Safety and trust are the backbone of every Lionpoint relationship.

This begins with the utmost respect we have for each other and our partners, what makes us unique, and the values and beliefs that guide us. To ensure respect is the anchor of our coaching, we create spaces for our partners that foster vulnerability, authenticity, and confidentiality.

03We partner with companies, people, and missions that inspire us.

Because our work needs to be a genuine extension of our life, we only pursue what is meaningful to us and will continue our search if we haven’t yet found it.

04Living with “one-ness” is our modus operandi.

We’re dedicated to keeping our beliefs, words, and actions totally aligned, and being held accountable when we don’t.

05We set and aspire to high standards, communicate them clearly, and encourage others to hold us to them.

Constant and candid feedback from our partners better enables us to meet them.

06Human beings’ natural hardwiring favors the status quo—we’re here to short-circuit it.

We help our partners overcome the inertia that prevents them from expanding their self-awareness, understanding how they are reacting to their current context, and making the incremental, compounded improvements necessary to achieve ambitious goals.

Undesirable outcomes reveal gaps that need to be closed. We help our partners analyze these gaps honestly and objectively to propel their growth as leaders.
