Above all things, we value and seek the truth. We challenge each other to understand what is true about ourselves, our teams, and our performance. Leaving judgment behind and setting aside blame or fault, we search for what is true. Getting to our collective and individual truth is a form of compassion when rooted in a commitment to improvement and evolution.
